  1. Everybody is responsible for innovation,Most IT departments cannot effectively explore innovative uses of technology since they are stuck in the daily operational grind. There is, however, a significant change as CIOs now realise that technology has a key role to play in the success of their organisations.

    Failing to plan is planning to fail.’ This is particularly true in technology. So its true CIO should be Chief Innovations Officer rather than Chief Information Officer.
